Measurement Assurance

If you make a mistake in measuring your blinds, you can get up to three free of charge, and the rest of the sizes incorrectly re-made to the correct size for the cost of shipping.

Changes are limited to size and installation.

You may need to provide photos of products received that may not meet your window covering needs to better assist you in obtaining the correct reorder.


*Not covered by this warranty:

The service does not include motors. If there is a problem with the size of the electric blind, the blind itself is covered by “measurement assurance”, but the motor will be purchased separately.
