Shipping Time

Because our products are custom-made, delivery consists of two stages: processing time and shipping time.


Processing Time (Production)

4–5 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Normal Express Shipping: 6–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Actual transit time may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance, or seasonal factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over USD $99

Flat shipping fee of USD $20 for orders under USD $99

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Note: For some regions or special shipping methods (e.g., sample shipping or certain expedited options), additional fees may apply based on weight or item count as shown at checkout.



Shipping Carriers

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also track your order in your account.



Address Requirements

Custom curtain and hardware shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or similar addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.



Duties, Freight & Taxes

Shipping duties, freight, and applicable taxes are generally included in the quoted shipping price. If any additional charges are required in rare cases, we will notify you in advance.
