Return & refund policy

If you want to return the product for the refund,please return the product to us within 30 days of the receipt date of your shipment for a full refund. Postage and handling is not refundable. 

If a product is damaged or wrong during 30 days and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept the return.

However,following situations we don't accept the return:

  • Product damaged after receipt
  • Issues beyond product quality
  • Customized blinds do not accept return unless the quality problem. so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SIZE BEFORE PLACE YOUR ORDERS.

Damaged products must be reported to us within 30 days. you must tell us what the defect is and then please contact us at email to issue return request. We do not refund or replace items with an expired warranty.

When returning an item, all products must be in their original packaging with any original picture inserts and the packaging should not be ripped or torn. Please include a copy of your invoice when returning the product as well as the Return Form so that we may better serve you. Upon inspection of your return, our credit process will begin.

Cancel the order

If you wish to cancel your order and get a full refund, please contact us by email within 24 hours. please keep in mind that we can not cancel an order which is over 24 hours.

Returns in different situations

Wrong size:
Please ensure you use a metal tape measure to prevent errors in measuring.non metal tape measures can stretch so they should not be used for measuring blinds.

In the rare case that you receive the curtain and the size is incorrect, we will arrange the re-production or resizing of the blinds. the re-production or readjustment of blinds will be determined by Persilux. Persilux will bear the cost of receiving the goods.

Please chose and measure your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind once order executed.

Wrong color:
Color may vary from the picture due to variations in your monitor, lighting and batch colors. please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for color variation.

Return shipping postage

In this condition, Persilux will be responsible for all return shipping fees, we will refund full.

Note: buyer is required to provide product picture to verify.

  • we sent the wrong items (color/curtain style)
  • the item were damaged(obvious stains and breakage)

We will refund you using the same method you originally used to purchase the goods.

Return shipping postage(requires the buyer to bear the return label)

The following reasons do not qualify for free return shipping

  • misunderstood the image of the product.(require the product to provide features that are not available)
  • the item do not fit properly but were made accurately.(not the color you wanted)
  • change of mind / no longer wants it
  • not the quality you wanted
  • ordered wrong item by mistake

Tolerance size within +/-2inch is treated as industry acceptable.(we will refund the difference in the missing size.but we will not accept re-sent blinds)

The above situation requires the buyer to bear the return shipping cost.

The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be credited back to the original account used for payment.

Products that have been shipped or customized are not eligible for refunds.

Used or opened products are not eligible for refunds.

Generally, refunds are credited within 7 bussiness-days, but the actual time may vary due to differences in bank processing times and third-party payment platforms. If you have not received your refund after an extended period of time
